What is HX OS and who is it for?

HX OS (Human Experience Operating System) is an AI-powered brand intelligence platform designed for CMOs, brand directors, and founders at SaaS, tech, and agency companies. It diagnoses brand emotional architecture using 15 psychological drivers, predicts customer retention with 92% accuracy, and generates strategic recommendations for brand positioning, competitive differentiation, and commoditization risk. Starting at $29/month with a 14-day free trial.

What is the HX Activation Score?

The HX Activation Score is a composite 0-100 index calculated from 15 emotional driver dimensions weighted by behavioral impact. It measures how strongly a brand activates positive human responses. Scores above 75 indicate strong emotional resonance and predict high retention. Scores below 40 signal commoditization risk and indicate the brand is competing on features rather than emotional value.

What are the 15 emotional drivers analyzed by CORA?

CORA analyzes 15 emotional dimensions: Desire (urgency to acquire), Status (social signaling), Belonging (community pull), Curiosity (discovery drive), Security (risk reduction), Freedom (autonomy), Pleasure (sensory reward), Comparison (social benchmarking), Rebellion (anti-conformity), Compulsion (habitual behavior), Convenience (friction reduction), Spontaneity (impulse activation), Reward (incentive response), Fun (play and joy), and Love (deep attachment). These 15 drivers govern 87% of purchase decisions according to behavioral research.

How does HX OS help CMOs predict customer retention?

HX OS maps which of the 15 emotional drivers your brand activates or suppresses. High activation scores (75+) predict strong retention; scores below 40 signal commoditization risk. This approach predicts retention with 92% accuracy vs. 43% for traditional demographic models. The system also identifies the specific emotional gaps — for example, low Belonging scores driving churn — and generates targeted recommendations.

What is the difference between HX OS and traditional brand research?

Traditional brand research (surveys, focus groups, NPS) captures what customers say, not why they behave. HX OS analyzes 15 emotional drivers that govern actual behavior. Results are available in minutes instead of weeks, at a fraction of the cost. HX OS also provides real-time competitive simulation, AI-generated strategic recommendations, and benchmark intelligence across 1,247+ brands — capabilities unavailable in traditional research.

Can HX OS identify why my SaaS brand is losing customers?

Yes. HX OS diagnoses which emotional drivers are suppressed in your brand — such as low Security scores causing anxiety-driven churn, or low Belonging scores reducing community retention. The system generates specific strategic recommendations and simulates the expected retention impact before you invest in execution.

Is there a free trial for HX OS?

Yes. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start — payment is only requested when your trial ends. You can also run a free partial brand analysis instantly on the website without creating an account. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

What is Human Experience Intelligence?

Human Experience Intelligence (HXI) is a new discipline that studies how humans emotionally respond to products, brands, and strategic decisions. Unlike traditional analytics (which measures behavior) or CRM (which tracks interactions), HXI models the invisible emotional forces that drive behavior — desire, belonging, security, status, and 11 other dimensions. HX OS is the first platform to operationalize Human Experience Intelligence for CMOs and brand strategists.
