Analysis of 1,247 brands across 6 industries over 18 months, examining how HX emotional driver scores predict retention, churn, and lifetime value.
Across 1,247 brands analyzed over 18 months, HX emotional driver scores predicted customer retention with 92% accuracy compared to 43% for traditional demographic segmentation. Brands with HX Activation Scores above 75 had 3.2× higher lifetime value than brands scoring below 40. The correlation between HX Score and retention was statistically significant (p<0.001) across all 6 industry categories studied.

Methodology
Each brand was analyzed using the full HX OS diagnostic pipeline. Retention data was collected from CRM systems provided by participating organizations (anonymized). Demographic model performance was measured using the same dataset with standard segmentation approaches (age, income, geography, firmographics).
Statistical significance was validated using Pearson correlation and multivariate regression. All p-values below 0.001. Sample sizes per industry ranged from 142 to 287 brands.
