We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the platform:

Account data: Name, email address, organization name
Billing data: Subscription plan, payment method details (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers)
Strategic analysis inputs: Brand positioning descriptions, product narratives, market descriptions you provide for diagnosis
Usage data: Feature interactions, session data, diagnostic events (anonymized where possible)
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information

We do not collect: biometric data, health records, neural data (as defined by California SB 1223), sensitive demographic tracking, or customer personal records from your own customer base.

SB 1223 Notice (California): HX OS does not collect, process, or store "neural data" — information generated by measuring activity of the central or peripheral nervous system. This policy explicitly excludes neural data from all processing activities.

HX OS operates on infrastructure provided by Base44 (cloud infrastructure). Data may be processed in servers located in the United States and/or European Union. All transfers comply with applicable data protection law:
